Athletics

Perkins Schools Athletic Department aims to ensure opportunities for students to further enrich their school experience through team and individual sports. Nearly 300 students participate in a wide variety of activities that teach character, perseverance, and hard work at both Perkins High School and Briar Middle School. As representatives of our community, we set high expectations for our student athletes and use the Perkins Athletic Code of Conduct to ensure student/spectator safety and respect come first.

We offer students opportunities to join more than 20 programs:

We also hold our community—our fans—in high esteem. That’s why we offer two special passes to all of our sporting events to thank you for your support. Look for both passes to be available by the start of the fall sports season.

What is the Perkins Senior Citizen Card?

At age 65 and above, residents of Perkins Local School District are eligible for the Perkins Senior Citizen Card, free of charge! Present this card for free admission at all of our home games that are not OHSAA tournament games. Stop by the Athletic Office to bring in your filled out form and proof of residency to sign up!

What is the All Sports Pass?


This pass is a great deal for any parent with multiple children participating in school activities and sports. For a fee of $85, this pass gives one guest free admission to all sporting events for an entire school year that are not OHSAA tournament games. To obtain a pass, fill out the Perkins All-Sports Season Pass 2017-18 Form, and stop by the Athletic Department Office to pay your fee and show proof of residency.
